About Prince Albert Community Players

Prince Albert Community Players (PACP) was founded in 1959, making it the second oldest theatre company in Saskatchewan. Since its founding, the company has produced plays that have won recognition at the provincial competitive drama festival competing with the likes of the Regina Little Theatre, Saskatoon Gateway Players, Milestone Players and many other community theatre companies.

PACP pioneered the Dinner Theatre concept in Prince Albert, has produced plays for Children’s Theatre, participates in street historical vignettes and has been involved in bringing professional directors and actors to the area to facilitate workshops for company members and interested members of the community.

Prince Albert Community Players continues to blossom by the enthusiasm of its volunteers, united by a love of theatre and community service. Prince Albert Community Players is a registered charity enhancing the Arts and Arts Education in Prince Albert and region. New members are always welcome!
